Nexus Health PC welcomes interest from students, trainees, and qualified professionals who may need supervised clinical hours, observation, or educational exposure in appropriate settings.
Important before you apply
Submitting interest does not guarantee placement, clinical hours, preceptorship, employment, or access to patients or records. Opportunities depend on program requirements, supervision capacity, credentialing, patient consent, privacy requirements, scheduling, and clinical appropriateness.

Clinical-hour requests
Learners who need supervised hours may describe their school/program, required hours, desired dates, learning objectives, and preceptor requirements.
Observation / professional learning
Qualified professionals or observers may request an educational experience when an appropriate role can be supported without interfering with patient care.
PATIENTS COME FIRST
Privacy, consent and supervision are required.
Participation must stay within the learner's authorized role and the supervising clinician's direction. Patient consent is respected. Learners may not independently diagnose, prescribe, certify medical necessity, make homebound determinations, or perform activities outside their permitted scope.
Before any approved start
- School/program affiliation and requirements may need verification.
- Identity, credentials, training status and required onboarding may need review.
- HIPAA/privacy, safety and practice policies must be completed as applicable.
- Immunization, background, health, liability or other program documentation may be required when applicable.
- Schedules and patient-facing activities are determined by Nexus and the supervising clinician.
